The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this charming air-conditioned flat with sea views for rent in the town of Le Lavandou, less than 100 meters from the beach. It has a surface area of 36 m² and can accommodate up to three guests. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Bed sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining table, and TV
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside:
- A 4 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea, the beach, and the port.
The flat is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Boats providing connections to the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, St Tropez, and Port Grimaud are accessible from the port located opposite the accommodation.
- Le Lavandou offers approximately 12 km of coastline and 12 sandy beaches: Saint-Clair, Fossette, Jean-Blanc, L'Anglade, and more.
- Water sports: windsurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, parasailing, boat rental, sea fishing, etc.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private covered car park No. 11 in a residence 700 metres from the flat at a rate of €5/day (reservation and payment to be made at the concierge desk). Access is via an automatic gate with remote control. Several free or paid public car parks are available nearby.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Toulon train station is 50 minutes away.
- Toulon-Hyères airport is 30 minutes away.
Other remarks:
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic).
- Sheets and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
