The property is surrounded by a large private garden, fully fenced and meticulously maintained, where a soft green lawn frames every moment of relaxation. A barbecue area and a large outdoor dining table seating 16 guests invite you to enjoy convivial lunches and dinners, savoring delicious grilled meals immersed in the quiet of nature. The true jewel of the garden is the splendid saltwater infinity pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 cm), featuring refined design and open from May to September.
Comfortably equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, it is the ideal spot to cool off on the hottest days or be enchanted by the evocative Umbrian sunsets that paint the horizon. From the pool, guests can admire a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape, making every moment even more special. The villa also offers a convenient private parking area that can accommodate up to 6 cars. In the cottage adjacent to the villa (with entrance at the rear), the owners of Villa Fiorda may occasionally stay.
In any case, guests are always guaranteed maximum privacy and complete respect. Apartment 2: Spacious and well laid out, the second apartment also extends over 2 levels (ground floor and first floor) and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
