Bright 40 sqm apartment, for 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with a lift, but with steps to access the building.
The accommodation is located in the Lignano Pineta area, a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by greenery, full of services such as bars, restaurants and shops, but also public transport and equipped with every comfort. The center of Lignano Sabbiadoro and the beach are respectively 13 minutes by bus and 8 minutes walk from the property. REGIONAL CODE: NATIONAL CODE: The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, wardrobe and TV; - FULL KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table with chairs, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet, WC; FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Heating with heat pump, DVD player, hairdryer, drying rack, clothes rack, shower chair, shared rooftop with clothes hanging lines and two sinks (no washing machine) ATTENTION: - Steps to access the building; - Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00 The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged.
