The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming studio for rent in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, less than 300 meters from Vallières beach near Royan.
It has a surface area of 26 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 13 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Sheets and towels are included, so all we need is you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 13 m² living room with dining area, sleeping area with double sofa bed, and TV. - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, induction hob, and family-sized refrigerator with freezer. - A sleeping area on the mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, fan, Bluetooth speaker. Outside: - A 9m² south-facing terrace equipped with a table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs to enjoy sunny days The studio is ideally located in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, in a very pleasant wooded environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the market. Activities: - Try your hand at water sports on the large beach: sailing, paddleboarding, jet skiing, or kayaking. - Enjoy a movie 7 minutes away, ideal for a relaxing evening. - Go horseback riding at the equestrian center located 10 minutes away by car. - Explore the typical Charente villages 20 minutes away, with their markets, narrow streets, and heritage. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio's 2 private parking spaces. For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Royan train station, a 10-minute drive away - Nearest airport: Bordeaux Airport, a 1.5-hour drive away Other remarks: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Sheets and towels are included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Petit logis, bien aménagé !Tout le nécessaire est présent. Rien ne manque.Le parking est parfait, dans la cour, et même à l'ombre !!La plage , la plus proche, est à 4 minutes à pied !!!Il faudrait peut-être juste prévenir qu'il y a (pour la mezzanine), un escalier un peu raide.
