Wonderful mountain-style home of 50 sqm, ideal for 5 people, located on the mezzanine floor of a building without elevator.
The property is located in the hamlet of Camporosso in Valcanale, a few minutes from Tarvisio, in a setting surrounded by greenery and with a splendid view of Mount Lussari.
A short distance away are the ski slopes and the Alpe-Adria cycle path. The accommodation consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a private garden.
A parking space is also available. National Codes: IT030117C22QEBOU6D The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, queen-size sofa bed and 32'' Smart TV; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe; - BEDROOM 2 with bunk bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet and bidet; - GARDEN (about 30 m2) with access from the living room. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine (in the cellar), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer. Guests will also have access to a cellar, where the washing machine is located, and a parking space inside the condominium parking lot. PLEASE NOTE: - The building does NOT have a lift; therefore there will be some stairs to climb. - To access the garden there is a landing with some steps: we recommend you pay attention. - The property is NOT equipped with air conditioning or fans, but the environment remains pleasantly cool thanks to the altitude (820 m above sea level). PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. Non facile da trovare, ma poi vacanza perfetta. Posto tranquillo, pulito, accessoriato di ogni comfort, vicino alla ciclabile e alle varie località di intrattenimento per bambini

L alloggio è in una zona tranquilla, tenuto bene noi eravamo in tre , ma i posti sono per 5 persone, posizione ottima come base per escursioni, in Carnia, Slovenia e Austria.
