Beautiful apartment for rent in Cortona walkin distance to center of town, with private garden equipped with talbe and chairs
Cortona Deluxe is a luxury apartment in the heart of Corona city next to the public gardens of Parterre, walking distance to the central square of the city with all services needed such as restaurants, shops, banks and groceries.
This amazing apartment also features a private and panoramic garden facing the public garden and the valley down Cortona, the garden is partially paved and feature garden furniture, Barbeque, table and chair for al fresco meals.
The interiors of the apartment develops in one floor and covers over 95 square meters, owner tastefully furnished in order to offer the most comfortable stay to its guests. The entrance leads to a large open space with living room equipped with sofas and arm chairs with windows facing the garden and the valley; there is a dining table and a very well-equipped kitchen.
A corridor takes to the night section of the house with two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower. Guest can also have access to the sauna room and is upon request and at extra cost.
Cortona deluxe has air conditioning, internet wifi, Barbeque, washing machine and dishwasher, Sat TV. The house is in the ZTL restricted area, 5 minutes walking from the free parking, access to the house is by a gate and guest must lead few steps to enter the house from the garden.

Nice apartment with a full kitchen and a small yard. It's right above the park and has great views. Short walk to town, which was very convenient. The best part was they had professional coverage in town if we had any questions or accidentally locked ourselves out (only happened once). Parking was usually available on the street.

The outdoor space view was beautiful. The location was just a short walk to donwtown Cortona. The place was very clean,beds were comfortable, communication was excellent, parking spot was so appreciated. We loved our stay!!

A wonderful 2 night stay in a property that we lived in during our stay in 2009. Some lovely renovations have been made since but still an amazing location - views, walking distance into the heart of Cortona, parking. Perfecto!
