Villa Jamie is located on the slopes of the mountain in the area of Castellammare del Golfo, one km away from the city center, three km from the sandy beach of Castellammare and ten km from Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The villa is in a complex that comprises other two properties, and from here you can enjoy beautiful views over the sea. It has a swimming pool, outdoor showers, garden, BBQ and parking area and these facilities are shared among the guests of the three housing units. The owners live on the ground floor of the villa and they will be at your disposal, if you want, for any advice or basic needs. Villa Jamie features elegant interiors and offers comfortable services for the most demanding guests. The access to the house is through an external staircase that leads from the garden directly up into the first floor. Villa Jamie has been conceived following the utmost attention to every detail and it is composed by a large living room and a spacious kitchen overlooking the garden, with sea view, in fact from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one with double bed en-suite bathroom and the other two with twin beds. The other bathroom is with tub and shower. A seventh person can sleep in a sofa-bed (at extra cost). Distance from airport: 45 km (Aeroporto Falcone-Borsellino, Palermo) 55 km (Aeroporto Vincenzo Florio, Trapani Birgi) Distance from railroad station: 5 km to Castellammare del Golfo railroad station Rental rules: Minimum stay: 5 nights, 7 nights in July and August. The price includes consumption of gas, water, electricity, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linens, baby cot, high chair. Air conditioning will be charged at 0,50 € / kwh to pay on the spot. Extra costs (to be paid on site): Security deposit € 300 Tourist tax: 1,50€ per person/ per night (maximum 6 nights). The tourist tax will be paid on site according to local regulations. La posizione sopra la città di Castellammare del Golfo ti permette di avere una bellissima vista sul golfo.Servono pochi minuti di auto per raggiungere il centro di Castellammare.Spazi ampi e piscina pulita.La famiglia Host è stata molto ospitale e disponibile.Adatto sia per gruppo di amici che per famiglie.Consigliato!
