The flat is convenient and comfortable, suitable for a couple who want to spend a relaxing holiday, a few steps from the beach and with a garden furnished with deckchairs and a table for sunbathing. The nearest village is called Assenza about 1km, on the lake where you can find: restaurants, bars, shops and piazza San Nicolò medieval church. Also bus stop and boat stop for excursions on the lake.

Please note that check-in and key collection will take place at the reception of Appartamenti Albatros, which is located in Assenza along the road to the flat in Pozzo. In case of check-in out of hours you can proceed to self-check-in as per the procedure that will be sent to you.

The Pozzo flat has a large garage for parking, where you can park your car 20m from the flat. From the garage you proceed along the street and arrive at the flat by climbing a flight of steps.

The flat has recently been refurbished with new furniture and facilities to meet the needs of tourists (internet connection, air conditioning).

The studio apartment is located on the first floor, and can be reached from the ground floor by an external staircase. It consists of a room with a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker with filter, dishwasher and with everything necessary for cooking and its furniture, a living/sleeping area with a TV cabinet and a double sofa bed, and next to it is a room with an anti-bathroom and equipped with a wardrobe wardrobe and bathroom. This flat is ideal for two people who are looking for a flat that is modest in terms of metres and cost but has all the comforts to spend a happy holiday. The studio also has a fantastic lake view.
To explore the surrounding area, especially after the construction of the cycle path along the lake, you can rent bicycles from us. Depending on the type, normal or electric, city bike or mountain bike, and with the rental of any accessories (helmet, basket, chain, padlock, battery charger or insurance for damage to property or persons) a fee may be charged on site.
