Villa Ivana is a restored 19th-century Dalmatian home on Brač, offering modern comfort and historic charm.
With three bedrooms, a heated pool, terraces, and a barbecue, it’s ideal for families or friends.
Just 800m from the beach, it provides easy access to local dining, shops, and ferry connections. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with twin beds—and a shared bathroom.
Throughout, the furnishings reflect the villa’s classic style, adding warmth and authenticity. Step outside, and you’re greeted by a private heated pool (6m x 3m, 1.40m deep), open and covered terraces, and a built-in barbecue—perfect for al fresco dining.
A hammock tucked into the garden invites lazy afternoons and quiet naps. Villa Ivana comes fully equipped with everything you need: air conditioning, wireless internet, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, and more.
Private parking is included.
On request, you can enhance your stay with extras like a private chef, boat transfers, car or yacht rentals, tailored tours, massages, and beauty treatments. Very nice villa to spend a vacation. Everything was well equipped, the pool was super nice and refreshing. Sanja was very helpful and organised a boat trip for us. We can absolutely recommend villa Marika.

Wonderful characterful house, with every amenity including pool maintenance, cleaning service and mini bar with local wines. Easy walk to small supermarket and to the beach, and convenient transfers into Supetar if you wish to explore further. Worked as great option for two couples and young kids.
Host was great to deal with, very communicative and friendly.
Would definitely return.

Our stay here felt like pressing pause on everyday life. The villa gave us just the right mix of comfort, privacy, and space to enjoy real quality time as friends. We loved the outdoor lounge area in the evenings — watching the stars, sharing stories, and listening to music. Everything was beautiful...
