You will enjoy immediate access to all local shops, as well as the peaceful lifestyle offered by this enchanting setting. ## Logement Located on the ground floor, this bright and quiet space includes: - a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed; - a functional bathroom; - a fully equipped kitchen to easily prepare your meals; - a welcoming living room with a sofa bed for 1 person. One of the apartment’s highlights is its lovely private garden, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, read a good book in the shade, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. During your stay, you'll also benefit from many modern amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fan, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, plancha grill, coffee machine… Everything is designed for your comfort.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee. The location: - Residence with shared pool, open from May to October, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.—perfect for cooling off on sunny days; - Within walking distance of several beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants; - Just a 10-minute walk from local shops; - Only a 10-minute drive (or 8 km) from the famous Saint-Tropez, also easily reachable by nearby boat shuttles; - Close to the charming towns of Grimaud, Port-Grimaud, and Sainte-Maxime. Beaches: - Plage Sud de Port Grimaud (less than 1 km away) - Marina Cogolin Beach (18-minute walk) - Port Grimaud: 1 km away, a unique village nicknamed the "Provençal Venice" Supermarket (1.5 km), bakery (1 km), restaurants and bars (1.5 km) Leisure: mini golf (1.2 km), Azur Park (1.7 km) Nearby gym with modern equipment, accessible for €15 per session for fitness enthusiasts An outdoor private parking space is also available just in front of the apartment for your convenience. With a very mild climate all year round, Cogolin is one of the few communes in the Var department that slowly stretches from the land to the shores of the Mediterranean. This is the vestige of one of the entrances to the surrounding wall.

The property was very clean, and everything was new in it. Amenities were provided, as was parking, and there was a pool as well. Grocery stores and coffee shops are close by.
