Extra garbage bags are located under the kitchen sink. - Parking: This unit offers a driveway fits 2-3 cars, possible 4 depending on the size.

Street parking is permitted in this neighborhood. - Pets: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet per stay.

We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags.

Any pet waste left in the yard will result in a $100 removal fee.

You must notify us if you are bringing an animal! - Please be cautious of the capped gas line right outside the side door into the private yard area.

The number of people occupying our home must not exceed 6 persons at any time.
