Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency offers this 58 m² apartment for rent in Montluçon, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a small building. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and stovetop
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (5'3“ x 6'3”)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 10m² southeast-facing terrace, shared with the second floor, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Montluçon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Visit the old town of Montluçon and its medieval streets around the castle of the Dukes of Bourbon.
- Cycle along the Berry Canal on a peaceful greenway dotted with locks and bridges.
- Stroll through the Tronçais Forest, one of the most beautiful oak forests in Europe, ideal for hiking.
- Relax at the thermal baths of Néris-les-Bains, renowned for their rheumatology and wellness treatments.
- Visit the beautiful town of Vichy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its thermal springs.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the accommodation in a limited-time parking lot, or take advantage of free parking nearby, a 2-minute walk away. A bicycle garage is available for your use.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Montluçon train station, a 5-minute drive away
- Clermont-Ferrand-Auvergne Airport, 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car
