The private room with private bathroom is located on the second floor of a renovated, modern and comfortable building, used as a Guest House.

Please note: the building is accessed via a step from the street.

The accommodation is located in the Santo district of Padua, one of the most evocative and rich in history of the city and the most sought after for religious tourism.

We remind you that the district is in a ZTL: it is therefore not possible to reach the apartment by car.


The 15m2 room is located on the second floor, with a lift.

It has a private terrace with chairs and a table.

It overlooks the internal courtyard


Internally, the room is divided into a SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, wardrobe and PRIVATE BATHROOM with bidet and shower.


Additional services available to guests: WIFI, A/C with heat pump, 50'' Smart TV, minibar, kettle.


Upon arrival you will find 2 bottles of water and tea infusions.


Bed linen and towels are provided.


Please note that the boiler has a capacity of 100 liters. Once finished, you must wait for it to recharge to have hot water again.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.


- From Padua Gino Allegri Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the bus to the "Prato Valle angolo Belludi" stop, a few minutes' walk from the property.


- From Padua Train Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 25 minutes or by tram, getting off at the "Santo" stop, a few minutes' walk from the property.


- If you are traveling by car, we remind you that the accommodation is located in a ZTL area and therefore it is NOT possible to arrive by car under the house. The closest parking lots (for a fee) are located in Via Cesarotti or Prato della Valle.
