This stylish and luxurious villa exudes warmth and comfort. With space for 12 people, this beautiful group accommodation is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The house is tastefully decorated and exudes class in every detail. All bedrooms have their own luxury bathroom for extra comfort. Enjoy a drink together in the green garden on the spacious terrace, or completely unwind in the heated spa bath - a place to relax in an atmospheric setting
This luxury villa, spread over several playful floors, offers not only comfort but also a prime location. From the house, you can walk straight into nature, or explore the rolling Limburg hills by bike. Thanks to its central location, there are numerous possibilities for fun excursions in the region: visit the lively Vrijthof square in Maastricht, enjoy wellness at Thermae 2000 in Valkenburg, explore the Drielandenpunt in Vaals or taste special beers in Schinnen and Gulpen. Even Belgium and Germany are just a 10-minute drive away. The villa is located near the attractive church village of Schinnen, rich in history and surrounded by nature. Despite its mining past, the town still exudes authentic charm. Picturesque hamlets and hidden gems lie nearby. The area awaits the real Limburg: charming hamlets, discover the Mulderplas nature reserve and vineyards, or visit the Alfa Brewery in Thull. A walk to the Marian chapel on the Krekelberg will reward you with stunning views. The rural surroundings, with old farms, narrow roads and vast farmlands, still evoke the mysterious atmosphere of the notorious Bokkenrijders. There may be occasional activity midweek on the adjacent property!
On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.

Het contact was erg goed, werd snel gereageerd op vragen .
Het huis was compleet en fijn om met 8 personen in te verblijven.
De jacuzzi was een fijne toevoeging
We hebben een droogtrommel gemist, zou fijn zijn met zoveel personen om de handdoeken te drogen.
En horren voor de ramen zou een plus zijn , kunnen de ramen lekker open . Nu was er snel ongedierte binnen

Fijn compleet huis staat in mooie begroeing tegen een heuvelrug gebouwd.
Nette afgewerkte slaapkamers met badkamer, toilet en airco.
Heel veel ruimte in en rondom het huis met als extra een complete spa met relaxruimte.
Erg vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaar die je net even een "welkom" gevoel geeft en gelijk klaar staat met advies.
