Arimondi 10 is a groundfloor studio apartment located in the center of Polignano a Mare, few steps away from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 400m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 500m from the historic center of Polignano a Mare. The accommodation is equipped with A/C and WiFi and it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.


Arimondi 10 opens onto the living area with kitchen, equipped with induction hob, fridge, sink, oven and table with chairs. On the left we find the bathroom with shower while the sleeping area is divided into two communicating alcoves. In the first one we find a double bed and in the other a single bed.

Just outside the door of the apartment you can admire the wonderful sea of Polignano and enjoy a walk towards the characteristic streets of the historic center.

Bari Airport is 51 km away and Brindisi Airport is 80 km away. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days. This short-term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation.
