Arimondi 10 is a groundfloor studio apartment located in the center of Polignano a Mare, few steps away from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 400m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 500m from the historic center of Polignano a Mare.
The accommodation is equipped with A/C and WiFi and it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. Arimondi 10 opens onto the living area with kitchen, equipped with induction hob, fridge, sink, oven and table with chairs.
On the left we find the bathroom with shower while the sleeping area is divided into two communicating alcoves.
In the first one we find a double bed and in the other a single bed. Just outside the door of the apartment you can admire the wonderful sea of Polignano and enjoy a walk towards the characteristic streets of the historic center. Arimondi 10 is about 100m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 400m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile, and 500m from the downtown of Polignano a Mare.
Bari Airport is 51 km away and Brindisi Airport is 80 km away.
The house is about 11 km from Monopoli, 18 km from the Castellana Grotte Caves, 31 km from Alberobello, 36 km from Locorotondo, 43 km from Cisternino, 42 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 98 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce.
Our staff will be happy to host you and help you in organizing your unforgettable holiday. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time. Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property.
Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property.
Then we will provide the code to access the property.
If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied. Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival.
Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty. This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate. To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide.
