Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Bénodet, this air-conditioned accomodation, 400 m from the main beach, with a surface area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
It comprises a 27 m² living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms (with shower or bath).
There's also a 370 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 27 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood supplied), sofa, two armchairs, dining table with chairs. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A study - A laundry room - Shower room with WC Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC A 33 m² outbuilding at the bottom of the garden is composed as follows: - Kitchenette - Bedroom 2: double bed (160×190) - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC A 12 m² independent studio with shower room, WC and 1 double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - 370 m² enclosed garden - A 30 m² flagstone terrace in front of the house and another one behind with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment.
You can benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Small beach within 20 m walking distance - Medium beach (Plage du petit phare), approx. 400 m away, windsurf and catamaran rental, - Large beach (Plage de Bénodet), approx. 500 m away, with lifeguard surveillance in summer, showers and toilets, and kids' club. - Walks to the marina and old port - Stroll along the corniche and the grande plage, with terrace cafés. - Water sports: kayaking, paddle, sailing, boat trips on the Odet river - Ferry crossing for pedestrians, with or without bicycles, to Sainte-Marine (summer service) - Cinema, casino and thalassotherapy center in the heart of the resort - Adventure parks (Bonobo Parc, Parc Adrénature) - Family parks: Pandaventure Park, mini-golf, Labyrinthe29 - Fishing from the docks or by boat - Bike rentals for exploring the coast - Weekly market (Mondays), concerts and summer events including antiques fairs - Discover the local heritage: lighthouse, chapels, church - Golf de l'Odet, horse riding, pétanque, various water sports Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking lot opposite the house.
