Cocoonr/Booka&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned flat with jacuzzi for rent, located in Spéracèdes, with views of the Estérel Massif. With a surface area of 35 m², it can accommodate up to 4 guests. On the ground floor, it consists of a 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a 25 m² garden/terrace. The accommodation has fibre optic WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200), TV
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A jacuzzi available all year round
- A 25 m² enclosed, private south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Spéracèdes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Hiking trails starting from the village of Spéracèdes – panoramic views of the Estérel mountains and the sea.
- Visit the village of Spéracèdes: charming and traditional, with its traditional oil mill.
- Perfume factories in Grasse (15 minutes away) – Fragonard, Molinard, Galimard: tours and perfume workshops.
- Lake Saint-Cassien (25 mins away): swimming, pedalos, kayaking, paddleboarding, picnics.
- French Riviera (35 mins away): beaches of Cannes, Mandelieu, Théoule-sur-Mer.
- Gorges du Loup (25 mins away): natural swimming, canyoning, hiking.
- Hilltop villages to visit: Cabris (5 mins), Gourdon (30 mins), Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne (15 mins).
- Saint-Donat Golf Course (20 mins away): 18-hole course in a Provençal setting.

- Cannes train station: 35 minutes away – TGV connections to Paris, Lyon and Marseille.
- Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport: 45 minutes by car – domestic and international flights.
- Easy road access via the D2562 and D562.
