## Space Welcome to The Villa Azura 🌊, an elegant 150 m² architectural villa perched above Trouville-sur-Mer, just steps from the Hennequeville Manor.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, the villa offers: 🔸4 spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms (2 with Queen-size beds 160x200cm and en-suite shower rooms, and 2 with two single beds 90x200cm); 🔸3 modern bathrooms (one with a bathtub for bubble bath lovers); 🔸A bright living room with a high-quality sofa bed, UHD Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc. (plan B in case of rain); 🔸A large fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, and everything you need to cook delicious meals); 🔸A convivial dining room seating 10 guests for warm family dinners or friendly evenings. 🌅 Outside, enjoy a small garden, a private pool heated from early April until the end of September, cozy garden furniture, and a wooden terrace ideal for summer aperitifs.
Guaranteed relaxation (sunshine optional)! 🚗 A private garage is also available. ✔ Included: bed and bath linen, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board... ⚠️ Breakfast is not included.
A private chef is available on request and prior reservation. ## Access 📍 The villa is located just a few minutes' drive from downtown Trouville, the beach, restaurants, and the train station. 🚦 On foot (for the brave): the beach is a 20-minute walk, the town center 15 minutes.
A car is recommended due to the hillside location.
The villa offers a private garage and easy parking outside. ## Interaction 🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option.

Juste les équipements (ustensiles) de cuisine sont un peu juste pour 10 personnes.
Mais notre séjour s’est très bien passé et l’emplacement de la maison est idéal.
