Cozy 50m2 apartment with balcony, located on the seventh floor of a building with a lift, in a residential context surrounded by greenery.
The area is very quiet and well connected thanks to local public transport: a 10-minute walk away is the M1 Rossa "Bonola" metro stop, ideal for reaching Piazza Duomo, the city centre and Rho Fiera Milano.
The internal space is organized as follows
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka, kettle, dining table, kitchen utensils;
- LIVING AREA with sofa bed, Smart TV, access to the balcony and split AC
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, split AC;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- HALLWAY with washing machine and dryer
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited pocket, independent heating, clothes horse, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION: PRESENCE OF POCKET WIFI with maximum monthly GIGA limit, not rechargeable when used up before monthly renewal
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.
NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
