Just a 3-minute walk from Porte de Paris metro station (line 13) and 10 minutes from the Stade de France, it’s the perfect base for a tourist stay, a family getaway, or a trip with friends at the gateway to Paris. ## Logement Comfortable accommodation for 6 people This beautiful, modern and welcoming space includes : - A large living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2); - An open, fully-equipped kitchen; - Two bedrooms with queen-size beds; - A bathroom with bathtub; - A separate toilet with washbasin.
The apartment features two terraces: one with a dining area, deckchairs, and a parasol, and another accessible directly from a bedroom.
Every detail has been designed for your comfort, ensuring a pleasant stay.
You will enjoy a Wifi connection and a television with Netflix included, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, and a dishwasher.
Additional conveniences include a iron, and clothes hangers, with bed linen and towels provided (included in the cleaning charges).
For families with little ones, baby equipment such as a cot, high chair, and changing table is also available.

Appartement très confortable et idéalement situé avec accès immédiat aux transports
Negative:
L'emplacement de la boite à clés située au sol sous une haie difficile d'accès pour des personnes ayant une gène de mobilité
Beau potentiel qui mérite un peu d'éclat.

La conception de l'appartement. Sa localisation près des transports.
Negative:
Le manque de propreté de l'appartement, le sol pas très propre, de grosses toiles d'araignée, les sanitaires ternes et n'ayant pas une bonne odeur, pas de tapis dans la sallede bain. ..), L'absence de petites attentions ( bouteille d'eau à l'accueil...),
