Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned house for rent in La Plaine-sur-Mer, with sea views, less than a kilometre from the beach, featuring a swimming pool, a floor area of 230 m² and accommodation for up to 8 guests.
It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, three shower rooms, and a garden of approximately 670 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor - Entrance hall with cupboard and utility room - A room with an indoor swimming pool and relaxation area - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with a glass canopy and TV, and an en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined to form a queen-size bed (160×200), a TV, an en-suite shower room and a private terrace - A mezzanine sleeping area with a queen-size bed (access via Bedroom 2) - A toilet First floor - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a south-facing terrace of approximately 10 m² Second floor - A 30 m² living area facing the sea with a TV, armchairs, a dining area, three terraces and a conservatory Third floor - Bedroom 3: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, a walk-in wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the sea For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 6 x 3 m indoor swimming pool, heated all year round.
The indoor pool is heated, but the pool room is not. In winter, the room temperature may therefore be cooler. - An enclosed garden of 670 m², facing east/west and north/south, with two garden furniture sets, a corner sofa, a small table, a sofa and armchairs, two sun loungers and a terrace to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally situated in La Plaine-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Beaches just a few minutes’ walk away: Cormier Beach, Joalland Beach, Port Giraud Beach, Tharon Beach - Walks along the coastal path (GR 34) offering superb panoramic views - Shore fishing at low tide, a traditional family activity - Water sports: kitesurfing, sailing, stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking at La Gravette harbour - Walks and picnics in Pointe Saint-Gildas Park - Discovering the local flora and fauna along the Prée nature trail - Local markets with fresh produce and regional specialities - Pornic town centre 10 mins away: castle, old harbour, shops, restaurants - Thalassotherapy in Pornic for a moment of relaxation - Pornic Golf Course, 15 minutes’ drive away - A visit to the Millac salt marshes - A day trip to Noirmoutier or the Île de Ré - Cycling along the many signposted cycle paths - Exploring the Guérande salt marshes Transport: You can park directly in the private outdoor car park, which can accommodate four cars; a carport is also available (with an electric car charging point). Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent moment dans ce petit coin de paradis. Tout a été pensé et réalisé avec goût, agencé avec des produits de très grandes qualités.
Seul petit bémol....je n’ai rien à critiquer.

Magnifique maison, avec de belles prestations haute gammes ,sur 4 niveaux.
La chambre a l'étage donne vue mer, chaque chambre procède sa propre salle de bain
.De beaux volumes, de l'espace, aucuns vis à vis.
Un espace piscine intérieur exceptionnel.
nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.
Une adresse à retenir.

Une magnifique maison avec des prestations haut de gamme. La maison est superbement décorée et aménagée avec des matériaux de qualité. La plage est à proximité directe.
Le seul bémol a été le soucis de chauffage de la piscine (pompe à chaleur avec des soucis techniques) et quelques soucis de nettoy...
