The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this magnificent air-conditioned villa with sea views for rent in Pianottoli-Caldarello, approximately 500 m from the beach. It has a surface area of 267 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an 80 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a garden of approximately 3,500 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An 80 m² living room with a TV and a fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 3: a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 4: a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
In the annex:
- Bedroom 5: one queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, you can enjoy the following additional amenities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private swimming pool, heated all year round, with a roller shutter and measuring 12 m by 5 m
- An enclosed garden of 3,500 m² + a south-facing terrace of approximately 150 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days

Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of Pianottoli-Caldarello, the villa enjoys a pleasant setting, with occasional aircraft noise. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more.

- Bruzzi coastal path: easy hike with spectacular views of the sea and wild coves

- Hike to Omu di Cagna: summit offering exceptional views of the region
- Genoese tower of Caldarello: historic site with views of the coast
- Pianottoli marina: starting point for sea trips and water sports
- Visit to Bonifacio (20 mins away): hilltop citadel, impressive cliffs and picturesque streets
- Excursion to the Lavezzi Islands: idyllic landscapes accessible by boat
- Local products: tasting of Corsican charcuterie, sheep's cheese and local wines in the surrounding area
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, private parking is available for around ten vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Figari, about 20 minutes away

- A few planes fly over the area during the day, mainly on Saturdays, without disturbing the peace and quiet.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- The fireplace is functional but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
