Bright and central 55 sqm apartment, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with a lift. The property is located in the charming and central Venezia Nuova district of the city center and boasts a beautiful view of the canals. The Fortezza Nuova is only 190 meters away.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
The internal space is organized as follows
- Large LIVING ROOM with sofa bed and TV cabinet, chairs, window with a view
- DINING AREA with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, table with 4 chairs, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe with mirror, cabinet and night lamps
- BATHROOM with shower, sink with mirror, toilet, bidet and washing machine

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Livorno, equal to 1 or 1.70 euros, based on the season per person per night.
This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily duration of ignition depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Livorno Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8th to April 7th.
For late check-in, payment is required
between 21:00 and 22:00 >> € 10

between 23:00 and 24:00 >> € 30

- From Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station (thanks to the PISAMOVER service) from where it is possible to take the regional train to Livorno Central Station. From the station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking LAM BLU bus to "Grande 1" stop, a 4-minute walk from the apartment.
- From Livorno Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking LAM BLU bus to "Grande 1" stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.
- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park in the surrounding streets for a fee (blue lines). Alternatively, it is possible to park (for a fee) at Piazza Unità d'Italia 8 car park, open 24 hours a day, a 7-minute walk from the property.
