Cozy one bedroom apartment of about 70 square meters, perfect for 4 people, on the ground floor of a building overlooking the street (please note: some steps to access it).
The property is located in a residential area facing the sea, on the main promenade, 4 minutes walk from the renowned Bagni Pancaldi beach resort, and 5 minutes from the charming Terrazza Mascagni.
Well connected to the city center thanks to public transport.
The apartment is internally organized as follows
-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, fan coil and kitchenette with induction hob, fridge and freezer, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle
-BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split AC
-BATHROOM with bidet, shower box and washing machine
Additional service available: unlimited WIFI, central heating, portable fan.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 or 1.70€, depending on the seasonality per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

For late check-in, the following payment is required
between 21:00 and 22:00 >> EUR 10
between 22:00 and 23:00 >> EUR 20
between 23:00 and 00:00 >> EUR 30
between 00:00 and 01:00 >> EUR 40
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area along Viale Italia and in front of the seafront, which allows you to reach, with a walk, the Aquarium and the wonderful Terrazza Mascagni, from which you can enjoy suggestive sunsets. The area is equipped with all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets) and is well served by public transport: in about 20 minutes by bus you can reach the city center (the stop is 110 m away).
