Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned flat for rent in Six-Fours-les-Plages, this air-conditioned flat, less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, in a secure residential complex with a swimming pool (accessible for an additional charge) and a caretaker.

Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a 30 m² living area, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - An enclosed, west-facing loggia with a dining area and sofa - Bedroom: a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom (with shower) and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, griddle, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A swimming pool available at an additional cost (shared and heated), open from 15 June to 15 September, with a lifeguard on duty. The flat is ideally situated in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. - Scuba diving, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, jet-skiing, and towable tubes: La Coudoulière Beach (5 mins by car – 2.1 km), Les Charmettes Beach (8 mins by car – 3.8 km) - Coastal path approximately 15 mins (7 km) by car - Gaou Peninsula approximately 13 mins (5.5 km) by car Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation. A private car park on the estate is available to guests.
You can park wherever you like; parking is free. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Sanary-Ollioules station, approximately 15 mins by car, and La Seyne-Six-Fours station, approximately 19 mins (8 km) by car - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères Airport, approximately 42 minutes (38.2 km) by car Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
