Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - 25 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - A sleeping area at the entrance to the apartment with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 2 m² north-facing balcony - A 5 m² south-facing balcony adjoining the living room to enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is ideally located in Embrun, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Embrun lake (600m walk) - Ski resorts in winter - Outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, pedal-boating, sailing school...) in summer on the Plan d'Eau d'Embrun. - Embrun craft market - Visit the emblematic Notre-Dame-du-Réal Cathedral Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot in the parking space provided (all types of vehicle). For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Embrun station 5 minutes away by car (2.2 km) - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport approx. 2h20 by car (208 km) Other remarks : - Ski locker available - Free Wi-Fi (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge from our partner on site). - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made on site with the on-site concierge). A parte qualche piccola incomprensione al momento del check-in, per il resto tutto bene.
la signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto professionale e gentile, fornendo indicazioni precise sull"alloggio.
l'appartamento era pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. nulla di negativo da segnalare.
torneremo sicuramente.

Très bon accueil par Laurence, le séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Le lit est très confortable, l'appartement est très bien équipé et la vue du balcon Sud est superbe. Le quartier est calme et le plan d'eau est accessible à pied, quelques restaurants accessibles à pied, 20-30min à pied pour aller au centre ville ce qui est aussi agréable. Je recommande 👍
