Welcome to The Steele Cottage!! Completely renovated 2 bed/1ba that includes 1 queen and 2 twin XL's plus bonus full sized sectional sleeper sofa.
We are located directly across the street from Waubee Lake and are just a few minutes walk to Waubee Lodge! We are the prime location for all ATV/snowmobile guests as we are located within the Oconto County ATV/UTV Trail Route System! To access you will want to enter through the front door with the keypad lock. (NOTE: If you touch the keypad to light it up, that will count as one number, so try to touch the first number of your code first.) Opening the front door you will enter the sunroom and you will find the floors to have all new luxury vinyl flooring and tastefully decorated.
Here you will find ample storage for your gear, counter height dining room table and the laundry.
Joining the sunroom is also the beautifully designed bathroom with tile standup shower.
Through the patio door off the sunroom you will enter into the kitchen which has all new cabinetry and full tile wall backsplash.
In the kitchen I have added a coffee bar, stocked full to enjoy your coffee looking out at the lake every morning! On the other side of this room is the living room you will notice I have chosen the seating arrangement to be conversational and inviting.
This includes an large sectional sleeper sofa, relaxing furniture, board games, variety of books and a large smart TV.
The bedroom to your right is furnished with a queen bed and the bedroom to your left has two twin XL's.
Note: One of the bedrooms has a locked door.
Inside the locked door is the furnace along with extra supplies for our cleaners.
You can head outside for yard games, a grill to cookout, or a night around the fire pit.
You can find pudgie pie makers, smore sticks and pokers in the wood shed out back! We also have life jackets, swimming gear, outdoor games and bag boards located in the same shed outside.
We are walking distance to the water so grab your gear and go swimming or fishing at the lake entrance by Waubee Lodge. (More information to come on what is allowed.) I take great care in designing properties specifically with relaxation in mind and can't wait for you to relax and enjoy this property that is in prime location in Lakewood!
