Exterior: - A south-facing balcony∕est 16 m² to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
