The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming architect-designed house for rent in the centre of Vannes, a stone's throw from the port. It has 3 floors, Wi-Fi, a surface area of 75 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, an open-plan shower room in the double bedroom and a shower area in the bedroom with two single beds. You can enjoy a garden of approximately 35 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room on the top floor, with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) on the ground floor, open shower room
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds on level -1, shower and washbasin area
- Separate WC
Outside:
- Beautiful 35 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc.
