Cocoonr agency offers this charming 3-storey architect-designed house for rent, with wifi, in the centre of Vannes, 2 steps from the port.
It measures 75 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, an open-plan shower room in the double bedroom and a shower area in the bedroom with the two single beds.
There is also a 35 m² garden.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room on the top floor, with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) on the ground floor, open-plan shower room - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds on level -1, shower area and washbasin - Separate WC Outside: - A beautiful 35 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment.

bel emplacement sur le port de Vannes, quartier vivant
tres belle maison en bois
donnant sur la route passages fréquents en soirée
isolation phonique faible entre les étages mais très jolie terrasse très agréable et verdoyante
il y a tout ce qu il faut dans cette maison dont un lit bébé et chaise haute et merci encore à l agence pour leur réactivité !

j'ai passé un excellent moment avec mes 2 filles dans cette superbe maison idéalement située.
Nous reviendrons certainement en espérant avoir une météo plus agréable mais tout était parfait.

Super logement Super bien situé juste un bémol sur les chaises et le canapé inconfortable pour nous
Peut être mettre un tapis plus grand sous la table afin de ne pas faire de marques sur le plancher et éviter de se prendre les pieds dans le tapis
