Cocoonr/Book&pay offers this 70 m² flat for rent in Le Palais, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the second floor (with lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are on option - we're waiting for you!
Work is underway in the residence, which may cause noise during the day.
The flat comprises
- A living room of 28 m2 with TV (no TV channels or internet) and a corner sofa convertible into a double bed
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with toaster, electric kettlen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with two single beds (90×190) that can be moved closer together
- One bedroom with king-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A 15 m² shaded balcony facing south-east with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Le Palais, in a pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Located at the foot of the Citadelle VAUBAN, overlooking the harbor, this 17th-century fortress now houses a museum retracing the island's history, as well as a hotel and restaurant.
- GR 340 - Tour de Belle-Île: 80 km long hiking trail around the island, with departures from Le Palais.
- First beach: 1.7 km away, discover the beaches of Ramonette, des Soldats, Castoul and Port-Fouquet, ideal for swimming and relaxing.
- Water sports: Enjoy sailing, surfing, stand-up paddling, diving and kayaking
Transportation:
Buses can take you to the rest of the island to visit the port of Sauzon, la pointe des poulains, Les aiguilles du port coton (Bangor)...
You can also rent a car or electric bikes. If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park in the pay car parks on Quai Roussel.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- The nearest train station is Auray, about 15 km from Quiberon. From Auray, you can reach Quiberon by train or bus, then take a ferry to Le Palais. The ferry crossing takes around 45 minutes.
- The nearest airport is Lorient (LRT), 50 km from Quiberon, from where the ferry leaves for Belle-Île-en-Mer. Nantes (NTE), 120 km away, offers more flights; Quiberon is reached by train to Auray, then by road.
Other remarks:
- This accommodation has a cable-free TV (no access to channels, only a TV screen with an HDMI cable to connect it to a computer)
- No wifi, the internet connection is very difficult in the apartment (best on the balcony)
- Bed linen and towels not included, can be booked in add to the conciergerie before your arrival.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
