7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

The property is located in the Renaissance district of Addizione Erculea, a few minutes from the historic center. The area is quiet, green and well served, with parking, shops, restaurants and bus stops easily reachable on foot.
