Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

Ferrara is a beautiful city in Emilia-Romagna, known for its Renaissance historic center, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Its elegant streets, well-preserved walls and harmonious architecture make it unique. Among the places not to be missed are the Estense Castle, symbol of the city with towers and moat, the Cathedral of San Giorgio with its Romanesque-Gothic facade, the Palazzo dei Diamanti with its exhibitions and the famous ashlar facade, the medieval Via delle Volte, the refined Palazzo Schifanoia and the walls that can be explored on foot or by bike.
