The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 130 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood provided) - A lounge with kitchenette, wood-burning stove and billiard table - A 60 m² kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with 4 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - Bedroom 2: with 3 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - Bedroom 3: with 3 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet For even more comfort, you can enjoy the following additional amenities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 6×12 m shared swimming pool with dome, open from May to September - A beautiful 20,000 m² garden with several features: a riding arena, a vegetable garden with two greenhouses, a garden with fruit trees, a pétanque court, a tennis court... - The grounds have garden furniture available.

You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: - On the property: tennis, swimming pool, pétanque, horse riding, beekeeping courses, fruit tree pruning in winter or early spring. - Château de Fère-en-Tardenois just 500 metres away, a magnificent medieval ruin with a Renaissance bridge. - 10 km from the first Champagne vineyards, ideal for wine tours. - Reims, Épernay and their famous Champagne cellars are about 45 minutes away. - Sainte-Macre Church with its remarkable architecture. - Former grain market, a typical historic building. - Villemoyenne Chapel, a 13th-century building. - Camille Claudel's birthplace and cultural centre. - Parc des Bruyères, perfect for relaxing or picnicking. - Hottée du Diable, an unusual natural site with amazing rock formations. - Numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the surrounding area. - American Cemetery in Seringes-et-Nesles, a memorial to the First World War. - Nesles Castle and Longpont Abbey are less than 30 minutes away. Le propriétaire est prévenant et très sympathique, le logement parfait tout neuf , il y a beaucoup d’animaux , les enfants ont pu aller voir de plus près les lapins , poules etc . Cela a largement contribué à passer un excellent moment en famille . Merci encore
