Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 24 m² living area with a TV, a dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: One double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: Two single beds - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: a high chair, a washing machine and a cot (available at an extra charge; please book with the owner). Outside: - A 6.5 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Veyrier-du-Lac, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Hiking on Mont Veyrier: treat yourself to a panoramic view of Lake Annecy from the trails accessible from the village - Swimming and stand-up paddleboarding: make the most of Veyrier-du-Lac beach to go for a swim or hire a stand-up paddleboard on the lake - A visit to the town of Annecy - Cycling: explore the cycle path around Lake Annecy, ideal for all abilities. - Visit Menthon-Saint-Bernard Castle: explore this picturesque medieval castle Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (several unnumbered spaces). Logement tout neuf, au calme, avec une belle vue et très bien placé puisque nous avons pu faire de nombreuses randonnées à son départ, plus aller à des plages à pied ainsi qu’au centre d’Annecy. Je recommande et nous reviendrons !

We love Annecy. This was our second year. We had a great time in the apartment. Everything was great accept a lack of wi-fi conection and tv is also obsolete because of the kids. Owners very responsive if needed. Anyway a modern very nice apartment with great morning view on the lake

Super logement très bien placé et dans un état impeccable. Avec une vue magnifique sur le lac
Seul hic : bien avoir demandé en amont de mettre à disposition un lit bébé et une chaise haute, ce qui m’avait été confirmé, mais rien sur place en arrivant (arrivée dans la nuit donc galère pour la 1ere nuit) mais la conciergerie nous a apporté le matériel dès le lendemain.
