The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 75 m² house for rent in Carentan-les-Marais, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi is included, so what are you waiting for? The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 20 m² living room with TV, sleeping area with double sofa bed and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A shower room - A separate toilet First floor: - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds and a sofa bed For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 200 m² south-east facing garden - A 30 m² south-east facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in Carentan-les-Marais, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: - Visit Carentan marina, the ideal starting point for exploring the marshes by boat, a 10-minute drive away. - Explore the Cotentin and Bessin Marshes Regional Nature Park on foot or by bike. - Immerse yourself in the history of the D-Day landings at the D-Day Experience Museum in Dead Man's Corner. - Admire the half-timbered houses and Notre-Dame church in the historic centre of Carentan. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house, at the bottom of the cul-de-sac. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Carentan station, a 10-minute drive away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet Airport, a 50-minute drive away Other comments: - Free Wi-Fi available - Linen is available on request for a total of 30€, to be ordered before your stay. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an additional fee of £15 per pet. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
