Welcome to Saint-Jorioz!
Set on the hills above the village with views of the lake and the mountains, discover a comfortable holiday home for 7 people, just 5 minutes from the centre and its shops.
This magnificent, fully fenced property is perfect for a family holiday: this villa is a family home and therefore has all the necessary facilities.
The lake is about 2 kilometres away!
The house is laid out over split levels.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a TV and fireplace, a separate toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with views of the mountains.
The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds and storage for your personal belongings; one of these bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.
The second level comprises a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The basement is ideal for storing your bikes and has a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
You can park your car in the courtyard
⚠️ Unless otherwise stated: in France, the bathroom usually has either a shower or a bath, and the toilet is separate.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information on this matter. Saint-Jorioz is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy, nestled amongst the mountains. Visit the village, go for a hike and enjoy the peace and quiet and the beaches! Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a supplement of €20 will be charged. 🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself. We look forward to welcoming you! Nearby: + Cycle path 1 km away, linking Annecy to the far end of the lake + The beautiful town of Annecy, 10 kilometres away. + Saint-Jorioz beach + Nearby ski resorts + Hiking trails How to get to the house: + By car, 1 hour from Geneva + By bus, 30 minutes from Annecy coach station + The property can accommodate 3 or even 4 cars

Belle maison, bien située et bien équipée. La conciergerie a été gentille et réactive. En revanche, des problèmes électriques survenus pendant le séjour ont fortement impacté notre expérience et gâché la réservation. Malgré les qualités du logement, ces désagréments entraînent un mauvais rapport qualité-prix. En dehors de cela, rien à redire.
