Authentic and bright 90 sq m apartment on the first floor of a historic building with elevator in the heart of Parma.
Perfect location for exploring the main monuments, traditional restaurants, and local boutiques on foot. The apartment accommodates up to 5 people with a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The internal structure is as follows: - LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed and a sofa, television and split A/C; - COMPLETE KITCHEN with gas stove, traditional oven, refrigerator, freezer, traditional moka, washing machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils. - DINING AREA separated from the kitchen and the living room, with dining table and chairs; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and direct access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa and split A/C; - BATHROOM complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer; - BALCONY accessible only from bedroom I; - COMMON AREAS the courtyard. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, lift (not suitable for people with disabilities), split A/C present in the living room and bedrooms, heating, hot water, iron and ironing board. PARKING On the street 50 m. away for a fee (blue lines) from 9:00 - 12:30 and 14:30 - 19:00 €1.20 = 1 hour. Kennedy parking 1 min. walk: €2.10 first hour - €12.00 per day To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode. The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
