Located between Whitechapel and Shadwell stations, both within a short walk, you'll have easy access to the London Underground.
Please note that in case the below instructions are not followed, fees will apply:

* Organising parties is strictly prohibited in the property
* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
* Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation.
Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff.
Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox.
We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property.
For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.. Good location. Beautiful rooftop view. Apartment is big enough for family of 5. Big sofa in the living room can be used as a sleeping bed for 1 person. The apartment has everything what you need for your stay. We spent 4 nights there and had feeling we were home. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants are just a few steps aways which were very convenient.
