Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 70 m² house for rent in Pleubian, close to the sea (5 min walk), which can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 35 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor - A 40 m² living room with TV, stove (first two flames free), sofa and armchairs, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Shower room and WC First floor - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with TV, storage and workspace - Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×200) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A lovely south-facing garden (private and enclosed) of 35 m², with furniture for enjoying fine weather. - A wooden terrace surrounds the entire house (5x2.50 m² on the south side) and a covered area (2 m²) on the north side. The house is ideally located in Pleubian, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Penvir and Sillon Noir beaches are a 10-minute walk away. - Pors Rand beach approx. 4 min (1.4 km) by car or 20 min on foot. - Sillon de Talbert approx. 4 min (1.3 km) by car. - Water sports (dinghy, windsurfing, kayaking), - Paimpol approx. 26 min (18.2 km) by car and Beauport Abbey approx. 27 min (20 km) away - Tréguier approx. 22 min (16.2 km) by car - Château de La Roche-Jagu approx. 24 min (19.2 km) by car - Hiking on the GR 34 - Bicycles available for hire in the village Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (1 vehicle).
