No need to walk far to explore historic Old Town, the charming Dean Village or the vibrant Stockbridge area. Getting Around: George Street (Stop GF) bus stop is a short 1-minute walk from the flat. Edinburgh Waverley train station is a 10-minute walk. ✈ Nearest airport Edinburgh Airport: 31-minute taxi ride Other Things to Note: ∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer. *Please note that you may experience some disruption due to urgent masonry repairs to a neighbouring building.

Beautiful flat! Right across the street from the Assembly Rooms during the Fringe, but not too noisy. Well decorated, comfortable, and serene. Lovely en suite bathroom. A great holiday stay for 3 mature couples!

Other than the power going out on us the first morning. Lol and climbing 4 floors with all our luggage our stay was excellent. The views were amazing and the apartment was very comfortable
