This single-storey 37 m² house with terrace and enclosed garden is ideal for a family looking to relax just 850 m from the sea. Located in a residence with shared pools and on-site activities, it offers a practical and friendly setting for your holiday.

Check-in is done in person between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m., so you are welcomed directly on site during this time slot.

The accommodation includes: • 37 m² on one level • 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm) • 1 cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 cm) • 1 sofa bed in the living area • Equipped kitchenette: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, dishes and cookware • Shower room • Separate toilet • Enclosed garden with terrace, table and garden chairs • Outdoor furniture • Wi-Fi access • Possibility to park in front of the gate or inside the property
