Ideal for a couple or a small family, it offers a spacious bedroom, a bright living room with balcony, fully equipped kitchen and private parking.
Just steps from the beach, in a quiet neighbourhood. Bed linen provided (beds made), welcome kit and ValrasâLoc concierge service included.
Cleaning is not included. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring privacy and independence throughout their stay.
The apartment is not accessible for persons with reduced mobility. "Included services: ⢠Parking ⢠Bed linen ⢠Towels ⢠Heating ⢠Air conditioning ⢠Internet access Cleaning is included Security deposit required ⢠A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property. ⢠You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in ⢠This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit ⢠If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property" Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for â¬15 per stay.
