Perfect for up to 4 guests, it features a spacious terrace, air conditioning, private parking, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay just 450 m from the beach.
The studio includes: – Size: 33 m² – Capacity: 4 guests – 2 single beds (90 cm) – 1 convertible sofa – Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & cookware – Bathroom with shower and toilet – 10 m² terrace – Electric plancha – Air conditioning & heating A functional, cozy, and well-located studio for a relaxing beach holiday. "– Final cleaning included – Air conditioning & heating – Ground floor or upper floor (to be confirmed) – Not wheelchair accessible – Non-smoking accommodation – Pets not allowed Arrival times: – From January 1 to June 30 & September 14 to December 31: Monday to Saturday, 2 PM–6 PM – From July 1 to September 14: Saturday only, 3 PM–6 PM Departure: before 10:00 AM Not wheelchair accessible.
