Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Chamrousse, with mountain views and the ski resort within walking distance.
It measures 29 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 4th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 17 m² living area, an open-plan, fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 17 m² living area with a dining area and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, including: electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, hob… - A sleeping area with a double sofa bed - A sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (two beds measuring 90×190) - A shower room (with shower) and WC Outside: - A 7 m² south-facing balcony, furnished so you can make the most of sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Chamrousse 1650, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Grocery shop nearby! Chamrousse 1750 – Roche-Béranger, just 5 minutes away by car, 15 minutes by free shuttle bus in season or 45 minutes on foot: Opening times subject to change depending on the season. Activities: - Chamrousse 1650 ski resort - All year round: hiking, snowshoeing, giant zip line, toboggan run, Himalayan suspension bridge, craft markets… - Winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing on the slopes, traditional tobogganing, dog sledding, snowmobiles, horse-drawn carriages…. - Summer: rock climbing, water ski lift, stand-up paddleboarding, riding centre, mountain biking in the forest, frisbee golf… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free car park at the foot of the building. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Grenoble station, approximately 57 mins (38.8 km) by car - Bus stop for Grenoble: approx. 1 min (140 m) on foot - Nearest airport: Grenoble-Alpes-Isère Airport, approx. 1 hour 17 mins (88 km) by car Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). Appartement très sympathique, bien rénové et propre. Situé en station, très pratique pour l'accès à la télécabine de Chamrousse. Notre hôte a été accueillant et arrangeant. Au plaisir de revenir.

Notre séjour a été parfait ! Le logement était impeccable, très confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L'emplacement était idéal pour explorer la région. L'hôte a été incroyablement accueillant et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et y retournerons avec plaisir !
