Traditional house completely renovated in the heart of the hamlet of Lauzet, 5 minutes by car from the slopes of Serre-Chevalier, 5 minutes walk from the cross-country ski slopes in winter and summer hikes.
This large gîte has been fitted out on three levels and has a large private plot of land, as well as a parking lot reserved for the gîte.
On the intermediate level, a large bright living room with a south-facing balcony, fitted kitchen (fully equipped), dining area and lounge area (with TV and DVD player) around the insert (wood provided), a bedroom with 2 twin single beds (2 x 80 cm beds or 1 x 160 cm bed), private shower room, WC.
On the ground floor: storage space for skis and bikes, 3 spacious bedrooms with twin beds (2 x 90 cm beds or 1 x 180 cm bed), one of the bedrooms with a private shower room-WC, a shared shower room, separate WC.

On the upper level: mezzanine area with a pleasant relaxation area and a bedroom with shower area.
