Cocoonr is offering this charming, south-facing, seafront duplex in Barneville-Carteret for rent.
It measures 66 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Work on the building’s façade will continue until June 2026. There may be some minor disturbance during the day. Situated on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely, light-filled living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bath.

The property is laid out as follows: - A 66 m² living area with a sofa and a dining area - An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bathroom with a bath and toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x200) - Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180x200) and a travel cot - Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200) - A shower room with a sea view - Separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer. Outside: A 2 m² balcony (1 m x 2 m), perfect for enjoying sunny days The duplex is ideally situated in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Barneville’s Grande Plage, 3 mins by car and 10 mins on foot - Carteret Lighthouse, 15 mins’ drive away - Hatainville Dunes - Cap de Carteret - Cotentin Tourist Train - La Potinière Beach Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence’s public car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Valognes, a 35-minute drive away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 120 km away Other notes: - Pets are welcome free of charge.
Only one pet is permitted per stay. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
