Moulin de Lavit is a beautiful, fully renovated holiday home, located in La Boulve approximately 30 km from Cahors (Dordogne).
There are different buildings and this makes it ideal for different families who wish to spend their holiday together.
The main house is still particularly authentic and the barn has been fully restored.
All sections have private terraces and there is more than enough garden furniture provided.
The interiors are typical, fresh and beautifully furnished.
At the rear of the main house and the barn, there is a large covered terrace, a barbecue and a beautiful private swimming pool (11x6m, depth up to 2m - open from 20/05 to 20/09) with an outdoor shower.
It is truly delightful to stay here.
The garden is very large.
There are 2 ponds.
There is internet, but no super-fast fibre network for downloading large data.
This holiday home is the place to enjoy the breathtaking beautiful nature, the stunning vineyards, the delicious gastronomy but also to completely relax in the beautiful Dordogne
