Charming apartment of about 90 sqm, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the second floor of a building without a lift.
The property is located within the walls of Palmanova, the famous fortress-city in the shape of a nine-pointed star, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The central location allows easy access to the main attractions of the city. The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. National Code: IT030070C2IOO7PSWY The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, armchair and TV; - KITCHEN with dining table, gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM 2 with single bed, chest of drawers and desk; - BEDROOM 3 with single bed and wardrobe; - SERVICE BATHROOM with sink, toilet and washing machine; - FULL BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet; - 2 BALCONIES (access from the bedroom and the living room) one of which is furnished with a small outdoor table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the corridor in the sleeping area), central heating, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: - The building does NOT have a lift; therefore there are some steps to climb. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.

Tolle Lage - man ist am ruhigen Rand der sternförmigen Festung und kann doch zu Fuß viele Restaurants und den Hauptplatz schnell erreichen - auch ein Parkplatz ist dadurch immer gegeben
Beste Ausstattung - viele Nahziele wie Grado, Udine oder das Outletcenter etc. von hier super zu erreichen

Appartamento fantastico per pregio delle finiture, posizione proprio presso la porta Aquileia, vista sul verde delle mura, servizi, ampiezza degli spazi…tutto! E ospitalità dello staff, tutto veramente formidabile
