Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 40 m² maisonette in Barneville-Carteret to rent for up to 4 people.
It has a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 540 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 19 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) - Shower room with WC Outside area : - A beautiful 540 m² south-facing garden, enclosed and shared - A 20m² terrace facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A shared petanque area The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: - Admire the panorama from the Carteret lighthouse during night-time visits: a magical experience between starry skies and ocean. - Follow the customs officers' path to the Hatainville dunes: a favourite walk between the sea, moors and cliffs. - Set sail for Jersey or Guernsey from the port of Carteret: an island getaway accessible by sea shuttle. - Take advantage of the water-based activities on the main beaches: surfing, sand yachting, paragliding or relaxing at sunset. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's designated parking space.
You can also park in the street in front of the property. Free parking for large vehicles is available nearby (camper vans, boats, trailers). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Valognes railway station, 30 minutes' drive away. - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, 1? hours' drive away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - If you would like to come in larger numbers, we also have the following two accommodations: Margaux and Valnotte, located next door. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Schöne ruhige Lage. Für 4 Personen mit einem Bad etwas zu klein und das warme Wasser reicht im Winter nicht. Der Müll kann nicht vor Ort entsorgt werden. Mit einem Auto ist alles sehr gut zu erreicht. Das Haus ist modern und neu. Der check in und out ist sehr gut organisiert.

Le logement récent correspond bien à l annonce, parking et calme pour ce reposer. La ville de carteret possède tous les commerces nécessaires. Plages agréable si vous aimez l'eau fraîche .cet station permet de visiter tout le nord de la Manche. Quelques remarques que nous avons laissées à l hote pour améliorer le confort des futurs voyageurs.

Le logement est très bien. L'accès à la terrasse, très agréable tout comme le cadre général.
On peut préciser que la literie est d excellente qualité.
Seul bémol, le wifi, qui n' a vraiment pas bien fonctionné.
